This 55,000-square-foot seafood process plant in Gloucester, Massachusetts produces breaded, fried, and frozen products using multiple production lines and spiral blast freezers. The project also included a-10ºF freezer, a+34ºF shipping and receiving dock, a central ammonia refrigeration system, and new corporate offices.
