This 85,000-square-foot renovation and expansion project in Fairmont, Minnesota included the rack reset of an existing 62,000-square-foot full-line distribution center to satisfy sales item growth.

It also included a 21,560-square-foot-freezer expansion, new employee amenities in the existing dry storage area, and the conversion of portions of the existing 17,600-square-foot-freezer to multi-temperature environments for perishables.

There was also a 9,100-square-foot refrigerated dock expansion with shipping and receiving offices.
