Food Tech conducts facility planning for international locations.


This 175,000 square-foot perishable distribution center project in Mexico City, Mexico was designed for “reverse-pick” to improve operational efficiency. The project included a -10ºF freezer, a 28ºF meat cooler, a 34ºF seafood cooler, a 41ºF perishable cooler, and the installation of 40 dock doors on a 41ºF refrigerated dock. Also included in construction were regional sales and operations offices and a central ammonia refrigeration system. The project was TIFF certified.
