Food Tech delivers specialized structural engineering services to grocery distribution centers.


The 40,000-square-foot Harris Teeter perishable food expansion project in Greensboro, North Carolina, consisted of +28ºF meat cooler addition, a+34ºF dairy/deli cooler addition, and a +35ºF dairy cooler convertible to future floral coolers.

This project also included the expansion of an existing central ammonia refrigerator plant and increasing the battery charging stations for additional material handling equipment.
