Food Tech will conduct an industrial refrigeration system evaluation on food process plants and cold storage facilities.

This 70,000 square-foot frozen meat and poultry processing plant in Russellville, Arkansas included storage freezers, coolers, and a refrigerated dock. The project also included mechanical spiral freezers, a central ammonia refrigeration system, and innovative fry/bake process technology. It was also completed using a USDA/HACCP-compliant design.
