Cayuga Milk Ingredients, LLC needed to construct a 100,000-square-foot dairy process plant in Auburn, NY. 

Cayuga selected Food Tech for on-site construction management because of their expertise in facility planning and dairy process design engineering. Throughout the project, Food Tech provided a variety of engineering solutions, including architectural, civil, process, and structural.

At the finished facility, Cayuga is now able to receive and process several million pounds of raw milk daily—all produced in their vertically integrated milking facility. The milk evaporating and drying plant features a 120-foot-tall GEA dryer and bulk powder storage warehouse.
